Since 2004, Mark has moderated over 2,000 qualitative research engagements including focus groups, depth interviews, mini-groups, online groups and bulletin boards.  A Certified Master Moderator- Mark brings a skilled approach to deeply engaging participants, maintaining a high degree of flexibility to probe and explore ideas of most interest, while deeply probing related ideas and challenging surface findings in order to truly understand the "whys" of consumer opinion.
